The Mentor & Me Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower and develop women with less than 10 years of experience in the preaching ministry. This program equips women with the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive in their calling. Through intentional mentorship and connection, participants can learn from seasoned leaders, gain valuable insights, and sharpen their ministry skills.


In addition to personal and spiritual growth, the program provides a dynamic network where women in ministry can glean from one another’s experiences, share wisdom, and grow together in faith and purpose. Mentor & Me is not just a program; it’s a community committed to cultivating excellence, fostering collaboration, and inspiring women to walk boldly in their God-given assignments.

The Mentor & Me Program consists of:

  • Every-other-month virtual gatherings

  • 2 in-person full-day cohort trainings

  • Sister partner pairing

  • Empowerment Saturdays at 50% off

  • 4 one-on-one mentoring sessions with Dr. Rawlings 

  • Priority access and support

    One time up front payment of $695 due at the time of registration.

    Every month
    Two-Payments of $347.50. The initial payment is due upon registration and the second payment of $347.50 will be due in 30 days of the initial payment.
